Charmed at Charm City
Did you know one of the best romance reader events happens every spring in Ellicott City, MD? Charm City Romanticon, created by @brazenbookwyrm (on Instagram) and several of her book-loving friends, is just three years in and already a must-attend.
This isn't just an event, it's an experience. You’ll laugh, cry, meet your next favorite author, and leave with a heart (and tote bag…ahem…bags) full of love and books. The romance community shows up with open arms, and the kindness, inclusivity, and joy are unmatched.
The book selection? Incredible. The swag? Next level. The vibe? A pajama party to end the weekend. Enough said.

Writing a book you love is one thing. Hearing that readers love it, too, is…everything. This week, Tangled received a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating and review from Readers’ Favorite, and I couldn’t be more thrilled!
To have both Tangled and Woven recognized with five-star seals is humbling, encouraging, and honestly... more than a little surreal.

Books and Brews at Liquidity Aleworks
I spent Sunday with some amazing local writers at Liquidity Aleworks in Mt. Airy. What a fun afternoon! Readings, laughter, book chats, and of course, great beer and seltzer.
One of the best surprises on this writing journey? The community. Most of us aren’t chasing fame or fortune. We write because we have to. It's passion. It's purpose. And sometimes, it’s characters who won’t leave us alone until their story is told! I can’t describe how powerful it is to be surrounded by people who get that.
A big thanks to the Maryland Writers Association and Liquidity Aleworks for making it happen! And thank you to all who came out in support.
